Michael Onsando (@woozie_m) is a long time friend of mine and a writer who's just released another book of poetry, The Perilous Journey to Beyond My Nose. So aside from plugging his new body of work, we talk about poetry and how it can seem inaccessible no matter how much we love it, what the publishing landscape looks like in Kenya and how Michael and his friends have started the July Agency to try and make it a little easier for artists.
